FAQ

Questions about restaurants & hospitality

Do guests need an app for a QR menu?

No. Any modern phone camera reads a QR code and opens the menu in the browser. With a dynamic code you can change prices, dishes and languages without reprinting, and the same code can point to different content per table, room or time of day.

Can NFC replace key cards for rooms and facilities?

NFC credentials can work alongside or instead of plastic key cards, held on a phone or a card. The right mix depends on your existing locks and property management system, so we start by reviewing what's installed before recommending an approach.
